We are currently recruiting for an interim HR and Systems & Data Coordinator working for a company that operates in the education sector. Our client is looking for an immediate HR professional who was a minimum of 3 year's experience in this field. The appropriate candidate must be immediately available and able to start a new opportunity right away. Main duties and responsibilities: * Systems Provision & Development * Ensure data entry is accurately maintained in iTrent against the daily usage requirements and University reporting needs, liaising with HR Systems & Data Manager, Payroll & Penson manager & HR Adviser (Operations) on input and systems errors * Respond to day-to-day queries in relation to HR systems, data content & applicant queries while identifying priorities * Monitor and respond to e-mails in the joint HR Systems, iHR & Recruitment users inbox * Maintain & develop the HR intranet pagesSecurity & Upgrades: * Responsible for creating user accounts for iTrent & iHR * Assist with maintaining security user access * Assist with the security/ access queries for all users of iTrent, iHR & including external users of e-Recruitment * Assist with the testing procedures post upgrade/patch installation as requiredReporting: * Creation and maintenance of reports, using SAP Business Objects / Excel, as necessary * Assist with the preparation of the data content for annual returns / reporting commitments e.g., Staff HESA, Gender Pay Gap, Staffing budgets * Assist with producing the monthly staff costing reports & maintain annual dataset * Run starter, leaver and changes reports, distribute across agreed units and post listings on the intranet * Provide accurate management information upon request to external agencies & requests, e.g., annual accounts and IT licences, University and College Employers Association salary surveys, National Statistic requests, various FoI requests * Produce the monthly HR Establishment dashboards and the annual HR Staffing Report data including statistical content, analysis and supporting commentary on trends, variations and also suggested presentation * Provide the annual leave accruals report & associated values to Finance & Planning * Provide various ad-hoc HR reports requested by the Executive Leadership Team, Faculties & Professional Services * Provide quarterly management reporting of staff sickness absence & monitor patterns * Provide Payroll team with any report requirement as required * Create & Maintain iTrent User Defined Fields (UDFs) to support required reporting needs * Provide required datasets towards the Financial year end accounts processKey Working Relationships: (internal & external groups): * Executive Leadership Team * ITS * Finance & Planning * Midland HR 969877JFINDHRR
