- Excellent organisational and time management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant computer systems
Candidates will be educated to degree level, and it is also worth seeking those accredited as a Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) as this confirms their dedication to their field.
Strong candidates typically have experience in a similar role such as a reward or recognition position, or compensation specialist, where they created well thought-out compensation strategies.
